The players, picked from the FCT and Kogi, are Emmanuel Yakubu, Simeon Zakari, Bala Abubakar, Ayuba Yusuf and Adaji Timothy, all from Kogi, while the Federal Capital Territory accounted for Onyeka Chukwu, Jeremiah John, Gideon Goodlag and Nawas Abdullahi.
The chairman of the FCT FA, Alhaji Musa Saeed Talle, pointed out that, with the quality of players currently enrolled in the academy, the country would soon be the greatest beneficiary.
Talle advised the new students to be of good behaviour and ensure that their football careers remain uncompromised.
Lulu, the proprietor of the academy, revealed that the academy placed emphasis on providing talented youth the opportunity to continue their education while pursuing their football careers.
