REMINDER: Jeffrey Cheah Foundation Community Scholarship

Sunway University has set aside 20 community scholarships per year for ‘budding potentials’ from the age of 18 – 25, recommended from children welfare homes, NGOs or poor communities.

These scholarships are offered to those interested in pursuing their education in the following areas of study:

• Diploma in Business Administration
• Diploma in in Events Management
• Diploma in Information Technology
• Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design
• Diploma in Interior Design
• Diploma in Hotel Management
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
• Certified Accounting Technician
• Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business
• Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales – full-time study (without sponsor by company)

• Malaysian aged 18 to 25 years from residential care homes, community centers or poor and needy community with household income lesser than RM 24,000 per annum.
• SPM/ O-Level/ UEC/ STPM and other equvalent qualification.
• Meet minimum entry requirements of programme applied.

• Computing/ICT
• Business Admin
• Hotel Management
• Tourism
• Multimedia
• Graphic Design

• Full tuition fees
• Accommodation at Sun-U apartment
• Book purchase
• Monthly allowance
• Recipients are required to pay the RM750 refundable deposit for programme enrolment and accomodation
